Kali Gajar ki Kanji Recipe | Healthy Probiotic Drink for Gut Health

Ingredients:

  • Kali gajar – 250 gram
  • Pani – 1.5 liter
  • Rai (sarson) powder – 2 tsp
  • Namak – taste ke hisaab se (ya kala namak)
  • Lal mirch powder – ½ tsp

Banane ki Vidhi:

  1. Kali gajar ko achhe se dho kar lambi patli sticks me cut kar lo.
  2. Ek clean glass jar ya bottle me gajar daal do.
  3. Usme pani add karo.
  4. Ab rai powder, namak aur lal mirch daal kar achhe se mix karo.
  5. Jar ko dhak kar 3–4 din ke liye dhoop me rakh do.
  6. Har din ek baar clean spoon se hilate raho.

👉 3–4 din baad kanji thodi khatti aur tasty ho jayegi.

Tips:

  • Hamesha glass jar use karo (plastic avoid karo).
  • Zyada khatti pasand ho to 5–6 din tak ferment hone do.
  • Fridge me rakh kar 1–2 hafton tak use kar sakte ho.
