Bel Ka Sharbat Recipe | Natural Summer Drink for Cooling & Digestion

Ingredients:

  • Bel (bael fruit) – 1 medium
  • Thanda pani – 3–4 glass
  • Gud ya cheeni – taste ke hisaab se
  • Kala namak – ½ tsp
  • Bhuna jeera powder – ½ tsp
  • Pudina leaves (optional)

Banane ki Vidhi:

  1. Bel ko tod kar uska pulp nikaal lo.
  2. Pulp ko ek bowl me daal kar pani add karo.
  3. Haath ya spoon se achhe se mash karo.
  4. Ab ise channi se chhan lo taki beej aur fibers alag ho jayein.
  5. Isme gud/cheeni, kala namak aur bhuna jeera daal kar mix karo.
  6. Thanda karke serve karo.
