Soya Keema Matar Recipe

🥗 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soya granules (soya keema)
  • 1 cup green peas (matar)
  • 2 medium onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (puree ya chopped)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt (swad anusar)
  • Fresh coriander leaves (garnish ke liye)
  • Soya prep karein:
    • Soya granules ko garam pani me 10 min bhigo dein
    • Fir achhe se nichod kar extra pani nikal dein
  • Masala banayein:
    • Pan me oil garam karein, jeera daalein
    • Onion daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein
    • Ginger-garlic paste daal kar 1 min bhunein
  • Tomato + spices:
    • Tomato daal kar cook karein jab tak oil separate ho
    • Haldi, mirch, dhaniya powder aur namak daal dein
  • Main cooking:
    • Ab soya granules aur matar daal kar mix karein
    • 1/2 cup pani daal kar 8–10 min pakayein
  • Final touch:
    • Garam masala aur coriander leaves daal kar mix karein
