Healthy & Crispy Soya Burger Recipe (Veggie Burger)

Ingredients (Samagri)

Soya Patty ke liye:

  • Soya Granules/Chunks: 1 cup (ubale hue aur nichode hue)

  • Uble hue Aloo: 2 bade (binding ke liye)

  • Hari Mirch aur Adrak Paste: 1 bada chammach

  • Masale: Namak, lal mirch powder, garam masala, aur amchur powder (swaad anusar)

  • Bread Crumbs: ½ cup (crispiness ke liye)

    • Cornflour Slurry: 2 chammach cornflour + thoda pani

    Burger Assembly ke liye:

    • Burger Buns: 4

    • Eggless Mayonnaise / Mint Chutney

    • Vegetables: Tamatar, pyaz, aur lettuce ke patte

    • Cheese Slices: (Optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Soya Mix Taiyar Karein

Sabse pehle soya granules ko garam pani mein bhigo dein, phir uska sara pani nichod kar ek bowl mein nikaal lein. Ismein uble hue mash kiye hue aloo, adrak-mirch paste aur saare masale milayein.

2. Patty (Tikki) Banayein

Is mishran se gol patties banayein. Har patty ko cornflour ki slurry mein dip karein aur phir bread crumbs se achhi tarah coat karein. Isse burger tikki bahar se crispy banegi.

. Shallow Fry Karein

Ek non-stick pan mein thoda tel garam karein aur patties ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak shallow fry karein. Aap ise healthy banane ke liye Air Fry bhi kar sakte hain.

4. Burger Assemble Karein

Burger buns ko beech se kaat kar thoda sek lein. Nichle hisse par mayonnaise ya hari chutney lagayein, phir lettuce, crispy soya patty, pyaz aur tamatar ke slices rakhein. Ant mein bun ka upri hissa rakh kar serve karein.
